Job Duties :
• Represent one of the departments as a VIP Ambassador and present the passion to fashion
• Welcome clients and provide excellent customer experience
• Develop the VIP client base utilising existing client details as well as new
• Maintain relations with existing clients while developing new clients and business
• Organise, plan and schedule VIP visits, managing a schedule
• Provide fashion styling advice
• Focus on sales individual target and floor target.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Minimum 4 years of experience as VIP Client Expert/ Senior Sales Adviser within Luxury retail
• Experience in selling luxury goods and providing an excellent customer journey
• Maintaining relations with elite clients
• Experience and genuine interest for networking and business development
• Up to date with latest fashion trends and collections
• We are looking for a candidate with a dynamic personality and charismatic
• Excellent communication skills.
