Job Duties :
• Develops the Treasury function strategic goals, business plans, budgets and resources in coordination with Chief Finance Officer.
• Develops adequate policies, processes and KPIs for the Treasury function to maintain efficient operational excellence.
• Communicates the Treasury guidelines and processes to employees and ensures clear understanding of these guidelines.
• Work towards achieving the Treasury strategic objectives and reports progress to executive management.
• Lead treasury and short term investments
• Manages excess liquidity and recommends appropriate investments opportunities to balance liquidity with profitability.
• Establishes and oversees the implementation of bank operations policies and managing banks relations.
• Deals with banks and financial institutions with regards to direct borrowing and equity and/or debt rising via private placements and/or public offerings.
• Manages debt financing and arranges for other financial structures to formulate investment strategy.
• Reviews agreements entered into by the Company and/or Business Units and defines cash flow required.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 7 years experience
• Minimum 3 years in a Treasury Manager position
• Must have experience in Banking.
