Transport Planner Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Transport Planner for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Receiving and processing all transport orders coming from customers/requestors
• Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered
• Track the status of orders in the Oracle Transport Management System and communicate issues and solutions
• Prepare and monitor performance appraisal indicators describing service level for customers
• Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
• Involve in Control Tower procedures any of new customers acquired after a main implementation flow
• Monitor the IT systems and ensure compliance of all operational procedures
• Provide regular teleconferences with Countries, Support regular Customer Connect meetings.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Must be a fluent French speaker
• 2+ years of experience in similar positions
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding of W&T management practices, distribution network & channels
• Strong communication skills.
