Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competitor’s strategies and activities
• Propose ways to improve the retail business, in store merchandising, marketing, etc.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs
• Maintain a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimize sales of the available inventory.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Store Manager preferably from Retail Beauty Brands
• Strong knowledge about the luxury industry
• Strong leadership and management experience required
• Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
• Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
