Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Detail knowledge of sanitary ware
• Solicit new businesses
• Become familiar with the businesses and individuals within those businesses
• Communicate extensively via telephone with key individuals
• Arrange visits to job sites and the client s place of business
• Socialize with clients in person as needed
• Perform work tasks according to the client’s agenda
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and other communications
• Troubleshoot any business-related problems
• Follow-up with clients to ensure they are satisfied
• Create a spreadsheet to keep track of the job
• Write and/or review manuals for correct job-relevant information
• Submit the materials to the client in a timely manner
• Ability to set priorities and manage time wisely
• Ability to multi-task different open bids
• Skill in positive customer service attitude.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
