Job Duties :
• Lead the group during your shift to run the daily operation in the store.
• Assign proper team members to each operational station as timing and work required.
• Regularly check on the standards of cleanness and hygiene throughout the work site.
• Enhancing Team Members abilities to perform better and more efficient.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and offer them what makes their visit/stay more comfortable.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Any Related Certificate.
• Have at least 2 years related work experience in a quick customer service industry.
• Basic knowledge of customers handling and sales habits
• Elementary knowledge of computer or computerized machines
• Able to communicate casual phrases in English
• Willing to be trained and to be developed into what our culture is.
• Willing to work extended hours.
