Job Duties :
• Directly report to the Management & coordinate
• Provided professional, accurate and reliable document control support service
• Receive and record incoming invoices.
• Handle recoveries and follow ups if required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and priorities own workload while sticking to any given deadlines.
• Receiving calls and maintaining out office records as well as informing Associates with the messages.
• Assisting in preparation of regular reports.
Qualifications and requirements :
• Candidate must have has excellent English skills communications.
• Candidate must be hardworking , dedicated and can work under pressure
• Candidate Should have experience in Administrative and secretarial profile.
• Strong computer skills; Ability to create and or edit Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel documents
• Preferably from an administrative or Secretary background.
• Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in the relevant field
• Possessing good spoken and written communication skills with the ability to multi task
• Proficiency in MS Office.
