Secretary Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Secretary for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
Directly report to the Management & coordinate
Provided professional, accurate and reliable document control support service
Receive and record incoming invoices.
Handle recoveries and follow ups if required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and priorities own workload while sticking to any given deadlines.
Receiving calls and maintaining out office records as well as informing Associates with the messages.
Assisting in preparation of regular reports.

Qualifications and requirements :
Candidate must have has excellent English skills communications.
Candidate must be hardworking , dedicated and can work under pressure
Candidate Should have experience in Administrative and secretarial profile.
Strong computer skills; Ability to create and or edit Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel documents
Preferably from an administrative or Secretary background.
Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in the relevant field
Possessing good spoken and written communication skills with the ability to multi task
Proficiency in MS Office.
