Secretary Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Secretary for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
Provide executive support to the GM on daily basis, as well as assisting the Division’s Managers whenever required
Facilitate the travel arrangements for the GM’s official and personal trips
Manage and review the correspondence related to business and administration and drafting and sending official communications on behalf of the GM
Maintain and distribute data & documents related to GM and various division’s operations
Coordinate office management activities.
Monitor and define the appropriate action for all incoming correspondence, calls and visitors
Liaise and maintain channels of communication between all departments and upper management within the organization
Provide secretarial services by attending the routine administrative paper work and ensuring the smooth flow of documents
Comply with ISO quality standard.

Qualifications and requirements :
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years previous experience in office administration. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Pleasant personality and a positive attitude
Proficient in Internet, MS Office Applications i.e. Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Good command of English
Typing skills and competence with using common office systems and software.
