Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Gathers information and produces Custom Market Datasheets and other publications to keep sales force well informed of market conditions and potential growth areas
• Confers with production, sales, shipping, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace shipments
• Provides support to the Sales Team
• Regularly communicate with all salespeople regarding the status of their sales opportunities.
• Manage and monitor compliance with sales processes and procedures.
• Manage the sales pipeline in the database.
• Field phone inquiries from sales prospects.
• Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales in Construction Field.
• Energy level, dependability, productivity, professionalism, attention to detail, customer focus, general math skills, informing others, basic safety, job knowledge, customer service.
• Pleasant personality and a positive attitude
• Proficient in Internet, MS Office Applications i.e. Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command of English
• Typing skills and competence with using common office systems and software.
