Retail Store Manager Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Retail Store Manager for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage the department managers by coaching, training, inspiring and motivating them to maximize the retail experience within the shop floor
• Ensure that the Department managers are creating a positive and exciting working environment while making sure that the targets are being met
• Ensure regular quality standard check by communicating with the Operations Managers and meeting the Company’s standards
• Follow up with Operations team to make sure the stock level is being monitored
• Follow up with the Quality Lead team to make sure the visual merchandising standards are met
• Work closely with the Performance Manager and Store Manager to create a recruitment plan.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Retail, FMCG
• Manage internal relations with Headquarters, Regional Managers, Managers, Supervisors and sales team
• Manage external relations with clients, external promotors and brands
• Dynamic personality and excellent at maintaining relationships
• Excellent level in English, Arabic is a plus.
