Job Duties :
• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer s experience
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Hospitality Qualification will be a great advantage
• Proven experience as Restaurant Supervisor
• Experience from fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotels
• Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
