Job Duties :
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and Developer, generally representing one or the other
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in exhibitions
• Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms
• Arrange meetings between buyers when details of transactions need to be negotiated
• Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
• Maintain and update listings of available properties Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Good communication skills and presentable
• Must have driving license
• College/University graduate with 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing within the Real Estate industry
• Should have a positive attitude be good at handling rejections
• Must be fluent in English. Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
• Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result driven
• RERA Broker ID and Certification is a PLUS
• Experience in Real Estate is advantageous.
