Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Help clients to find the property which matching they needs and budget.
• Monitor the property market to watch out for new Properties up for sale.
• Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
• Contact interested buyers and advise them while choosing the property.
• Inform Clients about the market conditions,prices,mortgages,legal requirements and related matters.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising on the suitability and value of homes they are visiting.
• Investigate clients’ financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• At at least 1 years experience as an property consultant
• Preferably owning a car.
• Presentable.
• Have a market knowledge and market awareness.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent English.
