Production Support Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Production Support for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of payment systems.
To ensure maximum uptime for all application and systems in the data centre.
Monitor incident resolution progress and chase up resolver groups for updates and resolution as per the defined product or customer SLA.
Work closely with all resolver groups to ensure timely resolution of all incidents
Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with other Support team members.
Identify alerts / processes that can be automated and then work with Engineering team in automating them
Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
Installation, configuration of application software s and Sanity testing.
Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
