Job Duties :
• Constantly apply standard operating procedures in the department.
• Complete all administrative procedures concerning allocated requests and orders.
• Select reasonable quotations and ensures best quality for all received orders upon order allocation confirmation.
• Clarifies all concern regarding received purchase request data concerning descriptions, units, quantities, and specifications directly with the initiating department.
• Coordinate with all buyers on all matters concerning allocated requests, process and practices, to complete within logical time frame.
• Check and ensure that all approved and authorized purchase orders are forwarded on a timely manner to the concerned vendors.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a luxury hotel in the Middle East.
• Bachelor’s degree in the same or similar field is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge in Arabic language is an advantage.
