Job Duties :
• Present clients with the most detailed product information they can, to ensure customers are satisfied with their items.
• Process client financial adjustments as necessary.
• Help client correspondence and scheduling appointment.
• Ensure to follow through on client commitments on time.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to assure repeat business.
• Meeting individual and team sales targets
• Work one on one with clients
• When involved in a difficult situation with a client, seek support from the management team
• Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward
• Keep up to date with what’s happening in the Brand and the latest trends and product
• Support clients with exchanges and replacements
• Ensure to track client packages..
Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 4-5+ years of experience in the industry fashion/apparel industry
• Retail/wholesale background in fashion and/or consumer goods
• Bilingual English & Arabic is a plus
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of style.
• Imagination and creativity for styling
• The ability to make decisions under pressure
• Numerate with strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
