Job Duties :
• Assistance in compensation management basic or short-term incentives
• Provide the appropriate salaries for each grade and add any amendments according to the instructions of the Compensation and Benefits Manager
• Assistance in structuring salaries according to their rank.
• Preparation of employee’s end of service benefits in accordance with the Company’s end-of-service policy.
• Preparation of employee overtime disclosure according to company policy.
• Preparation of allowances according to the company’s policy of compensation and benefits and their introduction into the human resources system.
• Follow-up advances and loans granted to employees per month.
Qualifications and requirements :
• Ability to communicate skillfully with all levels including senior management levels.
• Proficiency in dealing with arithmetical issues
• Full knowledge of the system and laws of the Ministry of Labor
• Experience in manual and automatic comparison of salaries.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using the basics of computer and Office programs.
• English language proficiency.
