Job Duties :
• Manage daily operations of multi-site restaurants
• Ensure the achievement of restaurant KPIs and financial objectives
• Lead, manage, train, and coach restaurant managers and staff
• Ensure compliance to government regulations and company set standards and policies
• Prepare regular sales dashboards/ reports and gather key insights for senior management
• Support company marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Should be willing to relocate or be based
• At least 3-5 year’s operational management experience in the Restaurant / F&B industry
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, auditing, and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership skills and can deal with different levels of employees
• Very good communication skills and has the ability to motivate others
• Can operate POS  systems.
