Maintenance Coordinator Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Maintenance Coordinator for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Customer service management and system record.
• Update the calls, and complaints with Engineer and technicians.
• Understand the complaint to update the priority.
• Understand the all materials related to MEP.
• Material request and issue inventory preparation as per technicians.
• To manage the store inventory log in and log out the materials.
• Prepare and filing all the complaint reports according to the sites.
• To knowledge about the sequence of planned preventive maintenance , corrective maintenance.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Any degree with Admin/Maintenance coordinator experience of 2-5 years
• Excellent command in English and Hindi is a must.
• Very good hands on experience in MS Word, Excel etc.
• Hindi Speaking candidates will be considered.
• Good communication skills and customer service.
• Good typing skill.
