Leasing Executive Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Leasing Executive for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Process and follow up on all leasing aspects to ensure completion of Company’s objective
• Must be familiar with local governing laws related to leasing
• Maintain files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times in accordance with company standards
• Research and report on competitive leasing market rates and trends in the industry
• Represent the Company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants
• Finalize the agreements related leasing in accordance to Company’s Procedure
• To be able to get prospects for new tenants
• Communicate issues to management and plan a course of corrective action as needed
• Sales, communications and negations skills are a must.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Relevant Experience of at least 5 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Honesty and integrity as core values
• Knowledge of local Real Estate market
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform array of analysis
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships
• Must be up to speed with local news related to the Real Estate business and market.
