Job Duties :
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 5 years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Lumia, Inscape, PhotoShop
• Expertise in project management skills with the ability to focus on and deliver projects under budget and ahead of schedule.
• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions
• Be inventive and imaginative should be able to exceed expectations.
