Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Performance manage all nominated test locations
• Handle disciplinary actions and site terminations
• Ensure compliance with policies, practices and procedures
• Ensure the security of exams and the environment
• Conduct regular test centre audits
• Review and file reports reflecting unusual circumstances
• Maintain necessary stock of supplies
• Responsible for all aspects of the candidate experience.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• As demonstrated through recognized IT certifications were possible. An understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
• A minimum of 1 year in a support role within a networked environment is required
• A minimum of 1 years experience of support and maintenance of IT hardware
• Understanding and adherence to a standards based environment
• Willingness to develop and improve own and others IT knowledge and experience
• A willingness to travel throughout the Middle East.
