Job Duties :
• Deal evaluation and execution; a holistic approach, including and not limited to investment appraisal, financial analysis, due diligence, forming recommendations and review of transaction documents
• Portfolio evaluation on an on-going basis, including research, portfolio and market analysis
• Due diligence, including financial and investment policies
• Supporting and developing relationships with third parties.

Qualifications and requirements :
• University degree in Business/Finance from a western university
• A Master’s degree or CFA is preferred
• 3-5 year’s experience in Corporate Finance / Deals in the Big 4
• Excellent quantitative skills with highly developed financial modelling skills
• M&A experience is preferred
• Work experience across is preferred.
