Job Duties :
• Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights and generate concepts.
• Participate in and occasionally lead Service & Interaction Design activities, including client workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms.
• Manage some Service & Interaction Design activities at the project level.
• Own some Service & Interaction Design deliverables.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Minimum 3 years of in-depth knowledge and experience of Interaction Design and Service Design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a design discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Mastery in two to three areas of expertise such as Service Design, Interaction Design or Content Design.
