Job Duties :
• Oversee and control budget for Recruitment and IM budget
• Analyze workforce needs/trends and develop strategy to ensure business needs are effectively met
• Collaborates internally and externally to source and select the best candidates
• Periodic reporting to the business and management on KPI and market trends
• Oversee and control budget for L&D
• Develop and implement L&D strategy and programs
• Acts as a counselor to management and employees for all subjects related to L&D
• Coordinates and participates where relevant in cross-border projects to deliver regional or global talent and learning solutions
• Periodic reporting to the business and management on KPI and market trends.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management
• 15+ years of experience in HR, of which majority spent in Recruitment and L&D
• Competency in recruitment techniques, assessment tools, and career coaching
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship building capabilities
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience managing national content programs
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic.
