Hostess Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Hostess for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Provide a warm and efficient welcome to guests to the restaurants including confirming reservation details and escorting them through to the bar or restaurant area as appropriate.
• Interact with guests displaying good product and company knowledge showing an enthusiasm for food and wine.
• Ensure cleanliness of the reception area and guest facilities, logging all cleaning issues in line with the restaurant procedure.
• Ensure all telephone calls and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Deal with guest reservations ensuring covers are distributed evenly and capacity is maximized within the restaurants.
• Present bills to the guests, ensuring relevant payments are processed and that all cashing up procedures are followed at the end of each service.
• Ensure that any special guest requirements are correctly recorded and passed on to the relevant parties.
• To work as part of the overall restaurant/hotel team to ensure a high standard of guest service is achieved at all times.

Qualifications and requirements :
• 1-2 years experience in similar role.
• Should have good English Communication Skills.
• Concern for quality and attention to details
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
