Job Duties :
• Develops a fitness programme catering to all the guests, incorporating group classes and personal training sessions.
• Provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.
• Explains proper techniques of various workout methods to the patrons and demonstrates exercises.
• Arranges proper music, equipment and handouts for each class.
• Ensures routine maintenance of fitness equipment.
• Actively promotes the gym through membership sales, and records member information.
• Ensures adherence to the international health & safety standards.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Diploma in Health, Fitness and Exercise Instruction or Certificate in Fitness Instructing.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
