Job Duties :
• Provide training to Tax Consultants on internal and external communication by managers, which should conform to professional industry standards thereby creating a differentiation
• Program content
• Email etiquette
• Writing structured internal and external memos/ reports which create impact
• Structuring power-point presentations/ slides
• Design an interactive session with pre-work and post-work exercises enabling attendees to better understand and apply the learning.

Qualifications and requirements :
• A confident and pleasant personality, capable of leaving a strong and positive impact on attendees
• Ideally a Native English speaker
• Must have an excellent understanding of written communication structure
• Must be skilled in providing training.
