Field Service Leader Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Field Service Leader for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Lead the service operations for any forthcoming airfield contracts in the region
• Attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication & work closely with the service team to implement service procedures aligned to Honeywell service
• Provide technical direction to onsite shift leaders for resolution of complex problems
• Identify training areas for the team through the Honeywell skill tool matrix and impart training on a monthly basis, wherever identified.
• Ensure deployment of & adherence to the maintenance management system
• Ensure proper inventory control and ordering of spare parts
• Write shift rosters and ensure adherence
• Implement Health, Safety & Environment regulations at site with proper supporting documents.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
• Previous industry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently
• Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
• Demonstrated ability to effective manage a team
• Previous customer service experience.
