F&B Waiter Job Opening. Currently we are looking for F&B Waiter for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections.
• Knowledge of all F&B standard operating procedures, quality presentation, and service and products
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Pick-up trays and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
• Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print).
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism or any equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in 4 to 5 star in a similar role and/or minimum of six months On the Job Training in Food & Beverage section.
• Competent Word, Excel, Cashiering, able to operate Micros system and hotel PMS
• Technically sound food and beverage service skills.
• Highest Guest Service Orientation.
• Competent in written and verbal communication.
