Customer Care Manager Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Customer Care Manager for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage effective client interaction leading to increase lead generation, repeat business and enhanced overall brand experience by the customer.
Ensure procedures and policies are in line with mission and values by monitoring inbound and outbound calls, call handling, team performance and customer service standards.
Collaborating with all teams, define and implement operating procedures for the running of the department.
Provide lead reports for managers and senior leaders as and when required.
Report back to managers on call numbers, calls answered and redirection numbers on a monthly basis and keep track of abandoned call numbers to reduce loss of business.
Liaise with marketing on new campaigns and lead tracking from a variety of media sources.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Proficiency with CRM systems and lead handling/call centre technology
Ability to communicate confidently and efficiently with agents, managers and senior leaders
Highly structured and organized, methodical and detail oriented
Good working knowledge of property market and real estate in the region
Natural coach who creates a cordial workplace environment
Experience of managing a team of call centre agents.
