Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage effective client interaction leading to increase lead generation, repeat business and enhanced overall brand experience by the customer.
• Ensure procedures and policies are in line with mission and values by monitoring inbound and outbound calls, call handling, team performance and customer service standards.
• Collaborating with all teams, define and implement operating procedures for the running of the department.
• Provide lead reports for managers and senior leaders as and when required.
• Report back to managers on call numbers, calls answered and redirection numbers on a monthly basis and keep track of abandoned call numbers to reduce loss of business.
• Liaise with marketing on new campaigns and lead tracking from a variety of media sources.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead handling/call centre technology
• Ability to communicate confidently and efficiently with agents, managers and senior leaders
• Highly structured and organized, methodical and detail oriented
• Good working knowledge of property market and real estate in the region
• Natural coach who creates a cordial workplace environment
• Experience of managing a team of call centre agents.
