Cost Controller Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Cost Controller for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Able to effectively implement and maintain cost control system and ensure an accurate audit control of the Food and Beverage costs.
• Ensure that processes on purchasing, receiving, and issuing are followed in line with the hotel policies.
• Ensure procedures for issuing items from stores are followed correctly and that items are only issued with proper requisition and approved by the authorized person/s.
• Administer inventory audit and prepare reconciliation on all stocks.
• Perform regular spot checks to ensure storage practices adheres to the hotel standards.
• Prepare the costing for recipes and menus prepared by the Executive Chef.
• Verify and control complimentary sales, voids, discounts, and variation in the system.
• Responsible for preparing daily and monthly Food and Beverage Cost Report, inventory variation report, month end closing reports and journal voucher report.
• Prepare all monthly inventory report related to Hotel operations.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly and year end inventories.
• Perform any other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Previous experience in F&B Cost Controlling required
• Able to generate budgets and reports
• Good English communication skills
• Well organized and keen to details
• Knowledgeable with systems and software.
