Job Duties :
Perform community management and engagement
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
Respond to comments and community queries
Build social community and enhance brand awareness
Moderate all user-generated content
Keep abreast with digital technology trends.

Qualifications and requirements :
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape and current and new social networking sites
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Must have a good understanding of PC based systems i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in both English and Arabic required.
