Job Duties :
• Perform community management and engagement
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
• Respond to comments and community queries
• Build social community and enhance brand awareness
• Moderate all user-generated content
• Keep abreast with digital technology trends.
Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape and current and new social networking sites
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Must have a good understanding of PC based systems i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Arabic required.
