Camp Boss Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Camp Boss for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Responsible for supporting the operations in managing and supporting the fleet of around 20 offshore vessels
• To maintain the monthly budget/expenses for allocated vessels
• Validation of food requisition from each vessel based on the approved budget
• Guide & challenge chief cook on costings/requisitions
• Follow up with crewing/HR crew changes as required
• Follow-up with Logistics dept for container dispatch as required
• Small equipment’s request/purchase & budget management
• Follow-up with purchase for delivery of small equipment’s
• Periodic HSE inspection & follow-up for closure
• Coordinate & mobilize allocated newly chartered vessels
• Cross verification of stock on board & validation
• Build & maintain relationship with allocated vessel captains & to address the concerns on a timely basis.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Must have minimum five year’s experience in managing the offshore locations
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred candidates with Driving license
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
