Job Duties :
Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information and provide solutions
Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services
Manage customer bookings; provide top-notch customer service at all times
Follow company “scripts” and protocols
Achieve monthly KPIs and targets.

Qualifications and requirements :
Strong English proficiency, UAE based
Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and active listening skills
Experience in the Customer Service industry.
