Job Duties :
• Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information and provide solutions
• Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services
• Manage customer bookings; provide top-notch customer service at all times
• Follow company “scripts” and protocols
• Achieve monthly KPIs and targets.
Qualifications and requirements :
• Strong English proficiency, UAE based
• Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills
• Experience in the Customer Service industry.
