Job Duties :
• Ensuring all customer needs are met and are maximized
• Undertaking effective individual and team retention plans
• Ensuring processes and procedures are completed accurately
• Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues
• Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines
• Receive and respond to incoming travel requests
• Collect information from travel agent and hotels vendors etc.
• Working all customer contact opportunities and generating new business leads.

Qualifications and requirements :
• A High School Diploma, higher education is an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to follow instructions and seek advice or look up information if required
• Remain tenacious in the pursuit of excellence
• Proactively seek feedback from customers and act upon it.
