Job Duties :
• Generate revenue growth and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with the products and services
• Build relationships with senior executives at targeted companies through effective sales conversations and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate how solutions can address and impact an organization’s business objectives and operations
• Ability to effectively and strategically manage large territories and prioritize time accordingly
• Ability to effect individual marketing and communication campaigns within the assigned territory
• Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call into senior finance executives to secure appointments
• Ability to successfully drive through completion multiple extended sales cycles
• Work tenaciously through and around obstacles to solutions that deliver impressive value.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in marketing would be an added advantage
• Should have experience working with Payroll /any related services
• Outstanding record of achievement in the current position
• High energy, positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Highly effective communication skills: written, oral, group presentations
• Ability to inspire confidence and credibility over the phone
• Ability to create and execute marketing and sales strategies within your territory to ensure continued and consistent outreach.
