Job Duties :
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper bids
• Knowledgeable with Government regulatory bodies
• Excellent written and oral command of English
• Shortlisting prospective bids and Bid preparations
• Plan and manage end to end Tender / RFP / EOI / PQQ / RFQ
• Analyse the customer requirements and identify the solution to propose
• Attend pre bid meetings and manage presales for tenders
• Requirement gathering and matching offers with customer requirements
• Ensure that bid costs are accurately estimated and managed.
Qualifications and requirements :
• Suitable for additional work – remote based.
• Outgoing personality and proactive in achieving target. Good selling, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft OS
• Preferable candidate with good sales knowledge, business planning knowledge and logical thinking
• Candidate must be able to analyse and anticipate trends and familiar with latest industry trends
• Candidate must be able to make professional judgement and decision
• Increasing client base by identifying new clients
• Creation strategic sales plan
• Spotting trends and looking for ways to increase sales performance outside of current revenue streams
• Studying local and international industry trends.
