Bartender Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Bartender for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Keep bar, fridges well maintained.
• Requisition, pick up, verify, and store all requisitions for juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
• Prepare all needs for larger groups and packages.
• Stock the bar areas with, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
• Ensuring the bar is presented with high quality style recipes.
• Understand the menu and the daily specials as well as what is not available.
• Maintain all par stocks during service.
• Ensuring bar area cleaned and well maintained.
• Minimize and control breakage.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Minimum of at 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star luxury hotel environment as a Bartender.
• Additional knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage.
• Experience in food and beverage or event field.
• Able to manage stress.
• Experience in different bars.
• Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
• Well versed English communication and writing skills.
• Computer skills.
• Complaint handling skills
• Use of techniques and styles of preparing beverages.
• Creativity and bartending techniques.
