Job Duties :
• Oversee day-to-day activities of client engagements relationship building and client delivery
• Day-to-day management of analytics engagements working with local teams and hubs
• Drafting proposals based on client needs
• Lead team efforts around data interpretation and statistical analysis to identify key insights for clients
• Ability to interpret and triangulate multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story
• Develop story-driven reports and client deliverables that synthesize data to meaningfully address client business objectives
• Ensure overall quality of project processes and client deliverables.

Qualifications and requirements :
• 8-10 years of experience in market research/analytics
• Experience in Marketing Effectiveness / MMM, CX Analytics, Segmentation and Choice Modelling is ideal
• Be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
• Ability to solve problems through data-driven/analytical solutions.
• A passion and demonstrated aptitude for quantitative data analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics with superior academic credentials
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Proven analytic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent detail orientation and organization
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
