Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Work with the Director, RMCC and Training Manager as required to ensure all team members are provided with robust training for their respective role
Proactively provide team member development to ensure effective succession planning
Provides critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors
Reviews and analyses weekly booking pace reports and identifies risk/opportunities and recommends strategy changes as appropriate
Analyses past and present trends and makes recommendations for future strategies
Ensures accuracy of all information being produced / reported effectively
Ensures challenges/opportunities have been identified and SMART actions are in place to achieve optimal results.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Practical working experience within revenue management and experience of Managing a commercial team
Strong Analytical Skills
Good People Management Skills proven in previous Management position
Good Communication Skills
Excellent organisation skills
Trainer/Coaching Skills
Sound knowledge of job related information technology
Commercial attitude and pro active sales approach
Ability to set, & maintain minimum Standards
Ability to speak and write English fluently.
