Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Work with the Director, RMCC and Training Manager as required to ensure all team members are provided with robust training for their respective role
• Proactively provide team member development to ensure effective succession planning
• Provides critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors
• Reviews and analyses weekly booking pace reports and identifies risk/opportunities and recommends strategy changes as appropriate
• Analyses past and present trends and makes recommendations for future strategies
• Ensures accuracy of all information being produced / reported effectively
• Ensures challenges/opportunities have been identified and SMART actions are in place to achieve optimal results.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Practical working experience within revenue management and experience of Managing a commercial team

• Good People Management Skills proven in previous Management position
