Job Duties :
• Lead the strategic development and drive growth of Aftersales dealership business
• Grow and ensure achievement of Aftersales KPIs
• Develop and train dealer partners and personnel
• Promote and develop the brand; ensure that brand messaging is aligned with company standards
• Build and foster Dealer partnerships and networks
• Identify opportunities for dealer performance improvement
• Develop, execute and monitor action plans
• Work with other departments and team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Significant Dealership and OEM Experience
• Luxury sector background is a plus
• Demonstrated technical and commercial experience in Aftersales environment
• Customer service oriented, with a proven track record of achieving results
• Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Willing to travel extensively.
