Architect Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Architect for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings
• Consult with other engineers and architects.
• Evaluate blue prints and plans for potential construction problems.
• Ensure that building plans are according to code.
• Determine the structural integrity of a building.
• Recommend specific upgrades and changes to increase efficiency.
• Make changes to specific systems, such as lighting or heating, to improve safety.
• Assess cost-effectiveness of various options.
• choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
• Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.

Qualifications and requirements :
• Bachelor’s Engineering degree
• 7-10 years professional experience with reputable companies
• Registered Architect or equivalent certification preferred
• Project Management Professional or equivalent preferred
• Predominant engineering experience gained in the Middle East
• Strong verbal and written communication English and Arabic
• High level of creativity, innovative thinking and problem solving.
